As much as I'd like to see Noa force some actual progress, I know it's not going to happen
Holy yap
I don't expect any meaningful dialogue out of a harem fantasy story, nor should the mangaka expect anyone to actually read any passages pretending to be such a thing
Thanks for the chapter as well!
Truth.
I kept thinking to myself: "yap yap yap, what are these characters lecturing shit about?"
Not even because: "Let me see the tits, forget about character development!"
But because: who the fuck do they think they're fooling here? Trying to paint the MC as this insecure, every-day-boy
who is totally like you, to project over? Why now?
The MC was established as an elite, best at everything, but then his luck turned to shit or something, and his life turned for the worst (being affected by "ghosts" may be the worst of it).
The MC is not supposed to be this yappy, bitchy, "regular guy who's no good at anything", and for some reason has a harem.
This is most definitely the wrong way to play on his character. If anything, he should be growing in confidence, and fully be a shounen-protagonist that flaps his arms around to lecture about justice or w/e, and make use of his elite upgringing and constitution...Rather than stammer about how insecure and a piece of shit he is, which comes across as insincere.
