The last panel on page 15. Those eyes are the eyes of self-loathing and extreme annoyance/disappoint at ones self. She knows she's not a good person and kind of hates herself for it. She either doesn't hate herself enough to try an change, tired of trying, or more likely doesn't believe she can. Man those eyes say so much.
