I'd enjoy works like this more if there weren't such weird misogyny against minor female characters, like in this chapter. But the protagonist of this manga is deranged enough that I'll still follow it.

Huh? Like what? The teacher or the random people that show up to have sex with the love interest.
I feel the only other relevant character is Kaze. The teacher doesn't even have a name.

The random people that show up to have sex with the love interest. Specifically the girl in this chapter. It feels like this mangaka "justifies" her chauvinistic male leads by including a bunch of nameless girls that are depicted as stupid and/or slutty (unlike the MC of course who's not like other girls); I noticed it in her previous work too. I get most people just ignore this kind of thing but it does damage my own enjoyment a fair amount.
