Funnily enough, this is a soulless work.
Just a teenager roaming in the dark, looking for an explanation of how his dad, that apparently went to buy some milk when mangaka tried to draw him, died.
That's not engaging, even more when mc's entire backstory is that his dad (who is this guy supposed to be again ?) died (again, yes).
After that, all the power and monster settings seem like a futile comedy that's drawn with characters being overly serious for their own good.
Bad.
