Can you imagine your brother, who cross dresses publicly, asking you to pretend you're his boyfriend to get cheaper movie tickets? It makes my skin crawl, and it has nothing to do with the cross dressing.

LOL i'm surprised he's worried about an ID check, they could just have a common surrname but unless they're trying to watch some 16+ movie i don't think they'd need some kinda verification

I can imagine him not caring if it's just some random stranger as opposed to an actual classmate or so who'd start rumors (tho generally all the sibling stuff that's not sis/brocon stuff does come off as general 'fighting/annoying sibling')

makes sense, i guess he accidentally called him bro but while it might be a /little/ awkward, i wouldn't be surprised if there were couples dating that still had the same last name or some animanga "we're engaged/already married" despite their age lol (i know 'ladies day' exists but hopefully movies wouldn't be too pricey to where you'd 'need' a discount unless you watch them a lot versus going out like once a month with friends or so)
