I think you have a misunderstanding because of how often novel manga adaptions end early. It's very rare that the intention is for them to be incomplete adaptions. Certainly, a significant if not the main reason many of them are created is to be novel promotion, but if they're selling well enough, publishers aren't inclined to stop them. They want money. It's just that once the manga has a few volumes and can serve that intro/ad role, the bar for continuation becomes higher and most don't meet it.

Well, it depends on the work. Usually, when I see a full manga adaptation of a LN, it's either a hugely successful title with tons of multimedia content, or it's a case where the manga is more popular and well-known than the original LN.

I have not seen it either in a while cause I dropped it at an arc I didn't like.

There were 6 collab leaflets, starting with Volume 2 and ending with Volume 7, so this was the last collab leaflet to be translated. After the collab leaflets ended, tho, Melonbooks continued non-collab leaflets as their exclusive purchase benefit. Most of those should end up getting translated too.
