When this sort of chapter skip happens, is it just because the translators mixed it up? Or is it a case of a later chapter being ready for upload before the previous ones?

Of course it's a mistake from Retard_scans, what's there to doubt about it? And now they've deleted it, or maybe clowndex mod deleted it.

Of course it's a mistake, they don't post chapters "as they are ready", they post them when they can't milk out any more money from paywalling them on their website and need to drive readers there to pay for the next ones.
