If she says that shooting the cupid arrow to make one fall in love isn't a true love, doesn't that invalidate her entire existence?

I could see an argument made for cupid's arrow being a chance rather than them falling in love all of a sudden. So, the arrow just ensures that they are more likely to meet and notice parts of each other that they would have missed if it were not for the arrow, laying a stronger platform for feelings to emerge.
