I was curious about the bell comment too so I checked raws. The original says チリン, which is onomatopoeia for a ringing bell. I suppose translator got a bit confused on what would be a good way to translate it here?

But, she basically just seems to react to the sound, it probably contributing to the "cute" assessment coming right after

I don’t know if the series got axed overall, but in MangaDex’s case I think this was one of the several thousand mangas hit by the DMCA early this year, which is why the first 11 chapters are no longer available. To say it was “dropped” is putting it very, very mildly.

by dropped, it is used as a general term describing a scan group not translating the manga anymore. the last time a chapter was translated was 6 months ago, so its safe to ask/say if it was dropped.

If someone means axed, that means the manga was cancelled or rushed to an ending. Drop usually refers to scan group translating, axe refers to the publication of the actual manga


I don't know whats the status of the manga is, i saw that vol 3 was released 5/22, so it looks like they are doing well, but don't quote me. If anyone knows the sales data, pls lmk.
