Seems like the police will get involved soon, probably. It's the infamously incompetent Japanese police, so who knows if they can get anything done, but it's still an added worry for the two little killers on the run. It won't be easy for them, being underage and without the ability to use their real identities. They are prime targets for exploitation, especially Shiratori, being so beautiful. Who knows about the Monk of Evil Jr., but I reckon there are plenty of people in Tokyo, who could put even him to good use.
