For those wondering what the cheating is referring to:

Spoiler: First chapter spoilers

the guy supplies the vampire girl with blood. Another vampire shows up and drinks his blood. The girl considers this cheating and is jealous (they are not in a relationship but she has a crush on him). Later they make up and she realises that his blood suddenly tastes delicious. She hypothesises that it must be because the other vampire sucked his blood before her. So I guess it’s netorase in some way.
