We humans are beings born without a purpose, wich is why we give it purpose on our short lifespan, but to an inmortal being, a purpose is useless as it can be achieved any time they want, and to a being made to fulfill something, completing its task may be it's true purpose, giving up would mean you were useless and couldnt fulfill what you were made for.
Let's say she gives up on dying on battle as the final boss, then what's left for her? To aimlessly wander arround the world until the universe explodes?.
On simpler terms, If you take the cleaning tools out of a roomba it just becomes a piece of scrap that roams arround the room. It would require a being superior to itself to get a new purpose, like becoming a battle bot, or a security camera, but with no such beings it continues to be roaming scrap.

I can kinda predict how the story will unfolds, but I could be wrong.

Since there are 6 keys left for the final boss area, and the MC has only used 2/8 of her forms, kinda expecting each country will have a strong hunter to activate each form individually and defeat it, and then be defeated by the next form. And the final form will be for the strongest SSS hunter that we saw. Or the final form will be used when facing the final boss of the dungeon in this world. A Final boss vs Final boss situation.

Either way I felt like in the end she will likely fight to protect this world, instead of her old way as story progress.
