well yes he will, but he decided that the reward of ramen vastly outweighs the punishment afterwards, because of the desperation of ramen between these men you can assume that either this ramen is very good, of the food served at the hospital is very bleak. this oneshot shows a overcoming, while short lasted, it was still meaningful to all of the characters.
