Maybe like in those games where the characters can have different jobs/classes where they retain certain stats and skills even if they change jobs/classes.

But in MC case it is a copy of the same job/class.
swordsman lv4 +3 all stats
swordsman lv4 +3 all stats
swordsman lv4 +3 all stats
etc...
