Wait I'm so confused. Why are they saying theres some rumor spread by Garhan to instigate the war....the other-worlders DO get hooked on killing rathnias and their goal from Ormphlaus IS to meet and kill the goddesses.....so what exactly is the rumor they're referencing, and wouldn't Garhan technically be in the right to fight that war? Even if he became a bad guy later after receiving the goddesses blessing....
