Thanks for the translations! I agree, it's not that great, but I enjoyed the humor and zaniness of it. If you enjoy Candy & Cigarettes, you might also like Gunslinger Girl. Same character archetypes (little girl assassin paired with older male handler) but far more serious and somber tone.

I started reading Gunslinger Girls many years ago from a friend, but then I stopped. Certainly it was an interesting manga.
