The one where the prime minister was falsely accused, and the old guy who trying hard to protect imperial seal, in another story they would be good guys and victims, but here they are necessary sacrifice needed to pave way to better future for the people. To cut the rotten branch sometimes you have cut the good part of it as well to keep the rest alive.
And Reinhard story stabs you in the heart all the same too. Its as if you can't grow to become great leader and pave way for people's future without sacrifice.
