This isn't chapter 39. It's just a repeated upload of chapter 38. Is this perhaps intentional sabotage for the next scanslator by the previous scanslator, considering how they had a salty & sour tone when telling everyone about why they dropped this series?

Seems like it. What's more pathetic is this isn't even an aggregator site, so they're just lashing on the wrong people because they have no idea how to get back on the ones who're actually crawling their site.
