Unlike her husband, she's probably not a picky eater, so possibly as much as possible.
I wouldn't be surprised if the son (who's been eating quite a bit this whole time) reincarnates as non-food before his father does.

She probably got eaten by a cat as a rat. (Or at least, that's what I think.)
So far, being consumed continues their rebirth and dying of hunger began it.
In case you're talking about the rabbit wife, yeah, she would have had to die over and over again as well.
