Still peeved that the Acid-like-Poison still makes no goddamn sense. It's properties melts everything it comes in contact with, except the MC and his clothes, which again is an Acid property, not a Poison property, so we already know the author has no clue what he's writing about.
But also the dagger comes out looking pristine and magically transformed into a new item, which means we're not following some gritty grim dark fantasy, but some weird obtuse gameplay mechanic based game world that behaves in ways that will not make logical sense, and allows the author to pull a lot of deus ex solutions when needed, like old school point and click adventure puzzle games.
Also, to note, his time in the acid-like-poison swamp earlier, he had a very tiny period of time when he was immune. We only know it was above a minute, so to be generous let's say 3 minutes. We can barely see that he scooped up the acid-like-poison and I guess put it in his mouth off-panel. But the lack of knowledge of how much time has passed really is just a case of overly obfuscating information rather than showcase the MC's actual thinking. If he had the panel open, the time shown, we would get a clearer idea of the actual danger involved here. But it was all kept in the dark to go "Ah-hah, look how smart he is to work around the issue of carrying the acid-like-poison."
Which only goes back to the earlier problem that just because he spat out the poison doesn't mean that some droplets aren't mixed in with his saliva, and once the time runs out he'll suddenly go catatonic as the inside of his mouth melts from the residual acid-like-poison.
This is an issue because this manga is starting off with a gimmick skill and an underdog story of MC makes his way into being OP through more than sheer luck but also clever wit. Which only functions if everything makes proper sense. But we know that the internal logic of the story is inconsistent and contextual clues aren't precise enough to let us in on the elements with which the MC is working with that allows us to be properly invested and only really serves as an excuse to do an out of nowhere resolution paired with "See how clever my MC is?" while forgetting to properly do the legwork to get us to this point.
