sorry, I can explain. I've been using the numbering from author's pixiv for the non-volume chaps, and the chapters that also appear in volumes are separated (e.g., ch 129 on pixiv is simultaneously v4c26.) some holes are also from the volume-exclusive chapters.

The chapters 1-10 being different is because author posted those in the early early days of Little Shark, and they don't show up on pixiv so I didn't know what numbers to assign.

Sorry for the confusion!
