There's just something about (not all, but a lot of) Korean fiction that tries to be edgy and just comes across as kinda clunky and predictable and even ridiculous. So of course the dude's an ass, and protagonist a murderer, and ...

@unknownids When you've never had the one thing you want the most, you'll grab onto the smallest thing closest to it, and the smallest scraps it left behind. And at her case, it's a simple love and affection that she merely wants.

If yearning for something so much that you ignore the heavy weighing negatives, even if it hurts or against your morals, as lame, then I'll be glad to think you've never went through it. She's no damaged good, she's someone that society damaged.

Please excuse me for saying so much for a fictional character but thinking if she were to be real and reading that, or if someone similar to her and were to read that, it's unpleasant.
