If it was such a problem, then you should be upfront about it, it's really not that hard to say "I don't like that name". He's not a mind reader. Sasuke was beating around the bush a bit as well, but at the very least he actually said something.

The trope of the main heroine being moody about something and not saying anything + everyone just going "oh you don't understand a womans heart" and beating round the bush is really annoying not gonna lie. If something's bothering you, it's best to bring it up yourself, rather than wait for the other person to stumble their way to the answer, and act like their an idiot for not reading your mind.
