I was once tricked into getting a new bike when I went into a shop to replace my wheels. It's only just a bit more when buying new wheels, they said. It's just a little bit more for electronic shifting, they said. You get a big discount on accessories when buying a new bike, they said.
To be fair that was seven years ago and I'm still riding that bike today, but how naïve I was back then...
