anyways I think it wont matter even IF she had seen it that early. we know the case that Makoto's mom would've seen it. and nothing much happened there as Rin grew up. why else would it be different if Chizuru seen it? She might have heard it though and not seen it. I think its safer to say that Chizuru is just that crazy and whatever she let him do is just her own free will.
