Not sure how that would change things up. Takako knowing Ohtori is being promiscuous wont really do much as Rin already knows Ohtori is like that. Unless Takako goes straight to Chizuru and tells her immediately but theres no reason she would do that. Makoto may know tho and idk if that would make Makoto tell Chizuru as she doesnt even want to tell Rin that Chizuru is forcing herself to marry and actually loves Rin.
on that note...I wonder if Makoto ever actually does it with Rin, what would she actually feel for him after? since shes under the stigma she could just immediately fall out of love for Rin afterwards. who knows.
