It was some manga where a woman who is very skilled at magic preparing her will and death after living for thousands of years and for her magic to be given to the population of the world but it goes wrong and she becomes a loli and begins living with a brother and sister, and then after a few years she hears rumors about her disciples and how they all took her "death" in different ways, after hearing she tries to come into contact with them and let them come to terms with the fact that their time with their master is long gone and that they should move on. Also before she became a loli she had lost an eye or something although it regenerated after her lolification.
