Hello everyone, I am looking for a manga about hero leaving the kingdom for better living and bigger paycheck.
The manga when i first read it, it was about a hero that was getting he paid for recently defeating a demon general but wasn't paid enough from the kingdom. The King told the Hero most of the money went to repair the village that the battle between the Hero and the demon general did but the village was destroyed before he even got there.
When he left the king's chamber, the King and his four chancellors talked about the hero and plans to get rid of him. The hero returns to his run down room where his maid come in to ask about his day. Then he goes to the demon kingdom to kill the new demon queen but three other heroes join him after he arrives there, just to backstab him. He then reveals he can't die easily and decided to go to work with the demon queen with better benefits.
