I'm currently looking for a manga where the MC is sickly and is always compared to his perfect brother. Which results in him rebelling even though on his own he is really capable. But his act of rebelling makes him the failure of the brother.

And then there's this girl who is incapable who becomes friends with MC to become the so called "villains" of the school.
