Kizetsu Yuusha to Ansatsu Hime
Harem story with some elements of Dragon Quest 3 (Not isekai, everyone lives in this world).
Three girls try to assassinate the Hero, who's a hunk and a gentleman, but pretty shy and seeking for teammates.
The three girls have different agendas, so their interests conflicts with eachother and we see the process of them slowly burying the hatchets and becoming good friends and also gradually falling for the MC (who's a genuine good person).
Also those girls have their own agencies and don't gravitate around MC.
It's a enjoyable and light hearted story and there's a LOT of raw chapters ahead.
