I remember reading this some time ago but forgot to bookmark this oneshot. Basically, the plot has this protagonist and the girl (they are kind of dating in the first pages, but I remember this very vaguely). After that, the summer festival comes, and they go together, but when they try to kiss, the girl pulls away. The protag realizes she doesn't really like him, but likes his friend I think (there's a scene where the protag pours the water bottle on his face). Then the protag just tells the girl to go and confess her feelings and the oneshot basically ends there.
