I think it was an adaptation from a game series. The main plot is that the protagonist gets a weird blue tablet with balls and he can use the balls to turn back time. He spends an entire chapter stopping his mother from having to have sex with the landlord (I think) and then killing her self. Then a girl was introduced which is shown to be sleeping with any man she comes across and I think it was insinuated to be the protagonist's daughter from the future (idk about this it was a long time ago). Oh and there was a few scenes in which he is helping his mother from being murdered or raped (I forgot which) and because he get beaten/killed easily he like rewinds time a lot until he manages to use a motorcycle to rescue her and do a badass scape.
