hi, i'm trying to find something i read on here a while ago. it follows the story of a girl who discovers her best friend is sleeping with multiple men due to trauma-induced headaches. eventually, mc, initially a girl, experiences a gender-swapping illness and becomes a boy then the two of them start dating. it's kinda similar to transjitter. please help i've been looking for it everywhere 🙏🙏
