Looking for Dark Obscure old elf manga

If I remember correctly it was about a very poor elf guy that made potions for dirt cheap in a huge city made of crystal that you couldn't leave unless you were really rich. His potion stall was robbed a lot. That's all I remember.

It was really old. If anyone knows the name, let me know.
