Looking for manga, forgot name

Is about a Wizard that raises his power in fire to max to find out that someone made a spell (device - new magic ) that shows how much can a person wrought so is filled with anger and uses his power to go back in time with that item and sees what his actual power is and how much he can grow ( goes back to the time he is a kid between 8 to 10 ) the world is kind of RPG kind set where if they kill a monster it drops items and such. He meets a girl and they form a team to take down an area boss. Later they meet another person who at first they think is a boy but turns out to be a girl knight. They also meet a kind of martial artist ? she is the daughter of a blacksmith and uses a big maze. Later on the make a guild with something about winds ? i dont remember anything else if anyone knows of something or thing they have it pls give name or link Thanks
