I think it was a manga at least.
So in the manga there was a character who only ever said the word “halloween”. Then she used her power, which brought the victim into her mind-space where she actually says words other than “halloween”. She explains to the victim that she has like all of the information in the universe in her mind space and she’s going to show it to him. And anyone who sees all that information will become insane and will only ever say the word “halloween”. So yeah, panels later, we see the guy, who was the victim, in the real world also crazy and only saying “halloween”
