So, in this story I'm looking for, the story starts with the FL being forced to marry by her mother and trying to escape it (and I think that's how she ends up with the ML)
Her mother gained a high status progressively thanks to marrying her other/elder daughters to influent people.
It is later revealed that the reason her mother wanted to marry her to that person and tried to gain that much power, is because the FL is frail and sick and it was the way she found in order to obtain the cure.
