I'm looking for non-sport manga, with the MC driven/passionate in his/her profession like skip beat, act-age, hikaru no go, bakuman, tenshi no akuto, etc. Recommend me?

All the ones listed in this thread, and I also recommend Arte, Beauty Pop, Seiyuu Ka-!, and Chihayafuru (considered a sports manga, but still very good).
Ones on my list I haven't yet read but have heard good things about: Hoshizora no Karasu, Kakukaku Shikajika, and Kusuriya no Hitorigoto.

Editing to include Kenrantaru Grande Scene (ballet) even though it might be considered a sports manga.
