Looking for shounen-ai title

Hi! I need help trying to find for this manga I've read years ago. Probably 4 or 5 years ago. Anyway, I can't really remember much about it and I'd like to apologize for that. What I remember is that it wasn't really anything explicit shounen-ai except for the almost last chapter when the other protagonist admitted that he likes the other guy and is mostly comedy. The setting is in an all-boys school from what I remember. One of the MC (can be considered seme, I guess) is rich, popular, and even treated like a king by the other boys (even going far as carrying him from what I remember. I think he's also the student council president). Seme doesn't like the uke in the early chapters and keeps on doing ridiculous (hilarious) things which the 'uke' deflects but as he kept 'harrassing' him, he started to like him which he doesn't realize at all and would sometimes be confused. I also think that the 'uke' is poor and the reason why the seme is harrassing him though I can't be quite sure about this. Those are the only things I can remember. I hope someone can still help me find the title even with these vague hints. I thought it was from the same author of Mahou Shoujo Ore but I couldn't find it on her list. Again, the manga is mostly comedy except for the last chapter where seme realized he like the other.
