not a manga, but you could try playing factorio

it might not be any village creating, but it's certainly some fun territory defense and factory creation by whatever lord you consider yourself to be

well, I dropped both of them in less than 8 chapters

so village/city building setting?
I really liked Isekai Nonbiri Nouka, which actually about building and managing villages
Ryoumin is another one that I like
NPC Village is a village defense simulation story, sadly it ends short
Isekai Kenkokuki is also a fine one, with more fighting
Tenohira's village building is a bit of instant magic, but I liked the premise
many like Genjitsu Shugi, but I think it focuses more on the harem and city entertainment(?) than the kingdom building
Can Lazy Dungeon Master be categorized as a village defense setting?
Komachi is also good, albeit it is another super genius MC trope which I don't really like
there is another one with little kid the son of the chief village that also ended early
and also another 2 that I vaguely remember, I'll update it later if no one puts them

(aside from around 5 other manga that I remember also about village/city defense but I didn't like and dropped)
