Looking for two mangas

1) The manga is about a photographer lady with glasses who takes care of a little boy that likes to drink blood (though the never outright clarify if he's a vampire, or just weird) The boy is the son of the lady's friend who passed away.

2) This manga is about an MC who lives in an academy where everyone challenges each other to different competitions and gain or lose money/status from it. It's not Gamble Fish or No Game No Life. One thing I remember is that there's a girl who sucks so bad at the games that she ultimately loses her status but pleas for MC to take her as property so that she may remain at school and learn to play better.
