The first two weeks of running will feel like hell. It will also feel like that nothing is improving when you progress through the days. By the third week, the sting in the foot is gone and you stop catching your breath after every 10-20 seconds. Even though the perks, the third week is usually the hardest to go by because your calves will feel like exploding and your legs will wobble even more than the 1st week because your body has realized that you are training it. By the time you cross the 5th week, your fat starts to even out. and you start looking chiseled. most give up during the 1st week.
If you are on a fitness journey rn, give yourself and your body time. it will all give results. believe me. it will get a lot easier as you do it more.!
