Can someone explain the last panel. Her mom calls, who is takeshi and who is talking in both the bubbles.

 

[Scyllae]

She is on the phone, so all those bubbles are from the same person, since it's a sub character with almost 0 background, could be a brother or her dad.
Maybe i messed up the bubble with the phone vibrating/ringing. Not sure how to do it though.
