@Weoooo No it's not, she acts like a kid regularly. A few examples: her playing with her dolls when she was home sick; her not wanting to eat her peas in the school lunch; her liking the Pokedevil movie, but falling asleep during the romantic one; her acting like a kid for a while at the festival a few chapters back, and so on. She often starts out trying to act mature, but gradually lets her guard down and acts like a child and (usually) has fun once she does. (One notable example was when she didn't have fun: during the test of courage she got so scared she cried for her mommy.)

Also, most of her attempts to flirt with Ouji are childish. She acts how she thinks an adult would act, but gets it slightly wrong.
