I don't even know what to say about this chapter. This seems one of those post of #StayToxic.

GOD the first half was so cute and hot, they're so hot
and then the second half was just heavy
Both halves are killing me, I love Jinju and Doyeon so much 😭
I'm so surprised that Doyeon brought it up so soon. She went from "its fine imma just hold back my feelings bc this is bad for me" to doing it in another bathroom and confessing (altho it wasn't planned for them to meet in Jinju's apartment)
It's good that she communicated what happened and seemed apologetic. She at least understands her issues and is being open and direct with them.
I'm not sure Doyeon was apologetic about what she did. It almost sounds like she's confessing her sins. But I get it. She's admitting to what kind of person she thinks she is, to be completely genuine and sincere with Jinju, because she wants to be loved for who she is, not what others might think she is. But you might be right that, altho she didn't literally apologise, admitting to what she did is a step in the right direction, like repentance.
And I will add that it's good that she admitted to it, bc hiding how you feel, being dishonest, being manipulative, any of that stuff isn't good for establishing trust in a relationship. I think this really shows to me that Doyeon's love, even tho she has personal issues to work on, is sincere and nearly selfless. That she really cares about Jinju and doesn't want to be underhanded with her if she can help it. Doyeon doesn't usually let herself be so openly vulnerable to others, so I'm glad to see it. It also makes it super fun and engrossing that instead of a misunderstanding or some super cute fluffy confession cliché, it's heavy and a really important conversation for them to have.

And I feel so hnnngghnn <3 so hard about the "do you love me" to "can you love me?"
Doyeon is anticipating that the answer could be no, but... she wants this so bad 😭. She's coming clean and revealing herself to Jinju, the vulnerability is so angsty and attractive to me

I gotta say, the wording in some of the dialogue confused me a little, it'd be great if someone could help clarify this for me :)
"I deceived you", which implies tricking Jinju. Uh, what part? The bathroom thing, what about that was deceiving her? Unless she meant their relationship in general, that Doyeon acts like a good girl but she 'takes advantage' of Jinju.
But then she keeps talking about the restroom thing so probs not in general
"using a reaction as an excuse, I did whatever I wanted." A reaction? What reaction? that reaction? That she was angry?
"Because that was my goal. For you not to know my real intentions." By goals I assume she means the deception? What are her intentions? To "push her to the limit"?

Oh and I would remove the "for" in "you were genuinely freaked out [] the whole time", bc English is just weird like that. Sometimes you need extra pointless words for better flow, and sometimes extra words interferes with the flow. Can't really explain it beyond that :')
As well as, "anyone could come in and see [us] as any given moment"
"using [that] reaction as an excuse"

oh boy here i ammmm (i'm glad you are basically help me rewriting stuff sometimes since by myself some errors might slip, so thank you)

"I deceived you", which implies tricking Jinju. Uh, what part?
i'm pretty sure she refers to the restroom thing, but simply because in that panel doyeon was basically listing everything she did in the public restroom.
So my guess is that she was kind of acting all "oh i couldn't tell if you wanted me to stop", when she actually knew jinju was not really comfortable with that... that's my take at least... also deceiving her in the sense that she was hiding her true intentions to jinju, see below

By goals I assume she means the deception? What are her intentions?
her goal was to hide her true intentions -> her true intentions being to punish jinju because she was angry

English is just weird like that
all right! thank you very much for the quality checking basically loool, gonna update it asap (it just bugs me that aggregators are full of my previous mistakes but not much i can do about that)

the wording in some of the dialogue confused me a little
if i have to be honest with you, i spent 50% of my time translating doyeon's info dumping and the other 50% redrawing (badly) jinju's ass... so it makes sense that i worded some stuff in a weird way, sorry for that

using a reaction as an excuse
It was referred to doyeon's reaction, anger. Not my best translation choice 🤔

thanks for the help!!

I have a feeling that Jinju say no and then Doyeon run out of the apartment over to the guy that likes her and makes love to him… No way the author dont use him for some shit like that

I’m glad Doyeon addressed the restroom thing, she’s 100% aware of her actions and that what she did was wrong… yet she doesn’t seem sorry at all. Instead she’s excusing it under the fact that she’s not a good person, tbh i gotta respect it because it makes things interesting and at least she’s being honest. She’s a little fucked up but that’s ok

thanks for the update!

My initial thoughts about the chapter:
1. I think there’s a misunderstanding with doyeon and jinju with the whole public sex bathroom. If anything, I don’t think jinju was ever scared of doyeon (idk I could be wrong I guess) but more so surprised by how much she liked it/wanted it. Y’all need to remember jinju hasn’t really felt pleasure before so she doesn’t really know what she likes/dislikes. I mean yeah doyeon was pushy but she also stopped, but jinju (quite shyly) wanted to continue. Jinju never even told doyeon to stop, when the girls came in jinju was more so asking like “oh what should we do??” Not if she should stop. Which leads me to my next point.
2. I think doyeon really believes she’s some kind of monster. She takes any opportunity to beat herself up. She may like to be nice to people because maybe that’s her trying to cover up her true intentions? Whatever they may be. Which I don’t think she’s a monster she’s just way too hard on herself. However…
3. Doyeon loves to dominate jinju. 😂 this chapter confirmed my guess that when doyeon had sex with jinju in the public restroom it was a way to like punish her, but also claim her. I think doyeon is doing everything she can to make jinju hers. She’s putting jinju in a position in which she is trying to figure out what jinju thinks of her. I think she kind of has an idea but what she wants is that confirmation from jinju. They both like each other but they’re both pretty insecure hence all this drama and angst.
4. I think jinju liked her husband in a platonic way. I believe her when she says she loved him but she never mentions what type of love she feels for him. Was it ever romantic? It’s interesting jinju does say she fell out of love.

I might make another post if I have any other new thoughts but this is what I think right after reading the chapter
