I don't think that means.....anything.
Absorbing the liquid in the pipes doesn't sound like it solves the continuous problem of poor flow management, especially if you factor in battle damage. Also, that glass pippete must be REALLY strong if it can drop liquid hot enough to melt steel. You sure it's not dissolving the metal sample?

Lucy's past self helped inspire her current self! That's great. Your past mistakes can always help you realize new things.
What a cool way to create steam armors. I'm not 100% sure what's happening, but I know my fair share of chemistry. And that's a lot of chemistry she did to create her armors!
Łucja looked pretty excited to get her new armor. It's a good thing she stayed so close, Lucy wouldn't have lasted too long after that much smoke inhalation. Cantor saw that Lucy created what she wanted to create, and was very impressed.
But what's this? The asshole captain from before is here again. He's excited to capture Łucja, but why? Does he want to fight her, or get her armor?
