I thought the Lucky Star content was the one thing in this magazine that was popular enough that I could leave it to someone else. I guess not.

... I was never that fond of Lucky Star, it was just something to watch in those heady days when anime and manga just boomed in my neck of the woods. It was fine and had its moments, but I never finished the anime and kinda thought of it as a second rate Azumangah Daioh.

But I do remember a doujin about Lucky Star in which Konata grew up to become a suicidal hikkikomori who had to be saved by Kagami. Never finished it, as it was too depressing for me, but the thought never left my mind. Glad to see a much happier, official work on the girls' lives at 30+. Still together, still having fun... wish I could say the same about me, but hope springs eternal.
