So they've diverged from the LN yet again, which is great to see. There the gestation period was only a month, and it was handled by them finding out she's pregna- oh now they're born. And the healing magic thing is entirely new and a very fascinating take on the subject for this genre. Manga yet again triumphing by and large over the other media of this series.
Uh yeah about that, they only changed the number which barely matter the twins are already born at chapter 60 with nothing much on between, so whether they put 1 month or 3 months, at the end of the day the twins were born as fast as the LN after them finding out, only real question is if they are going to grow as fast too

If that is true, that's still 3 more chapters which is already more than what an "accurate" LN adaptation would be. And we know that she's already been pregnant for 3 months in this chapter, so I assume that it's even longer for a half-demon.

This is a far more tasteful handling of the standard demons vs. humans coexistence talk than I expected out of a cheat-power isekai.

Eh, mankind has "kind" in it for a reason. People, on the whole, are kind.
I wish I could share your optimism but I fear that if you took away the trappings of modern civilization even the most saint-like appearing human might let their darker side show

I remember a series of interviews about what actual victims of war thought of the game This War of Mine. They thought it was pretty realistic, other than that people were far more altruistic and helpful in real life. So if anything, removing modern conveniences would make people more saint-like, not less. At least as far as those interviews were concerned.

Both news and fiction tend to focus on the negative, on struggles and conflict. It's important to remember that what gets highlighted that way are the exceptions, not the norm.

So I stand by what I said: People, on the whole, are kind.
