It may be he's just crazy, but it feels like Leon has been intentionally antagonizing John this whole time. Maybe this happened with all the alien hybrids, and Leon forced each into submission.

That was a pretty well-executed horrific end for poor Ethan. Author's sense of style continues to deliver

I'm enjoying this manga, though I kinda wanna see John break down this base and everyone in it already, and move on to another place with new characters.

John's sister is a very engaging character, looking forward to the revelation of what happened with her.
