depends on how heavy the meal is tho waking up extra hungry would prolly make you eat more calories unless ur in a rush to work in the mornings but personally i sleep better if i have a full stomach

i remember reading similar thing in Mieruko-chan. but the line was a line of lost spirits and at the end was a bigger, stronger spirit devouring the spirits in the line one by one
